RETURN PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS
We would like to ensure that you have the best customer experience while visiting our website, so we defined a quick and easy return policy.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item purchased on our store within 15 days from the date the order was delivered to you.
The Items must be in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging. Beachwear, Underwear and Perfumes can be returned only with the package sealed.
Products that belong to the same order must be returned to us in a single parcel, and must be shipped from the same Country where you received them to avoid extra handling expenses.
Before requesting the return, please read our full Return Conditions carefully.
RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Complete the printed Return form available on the original packing slip and include it in the return package. If you can’t find your form, please contact us.
● Securely repackage your item(s) in the original order box if possible, if not use appropriate packaging for shipment.
● Use the return label provided we have placed inside the box of your original order.
● The item(s) must be taken to a Bpost drop off location within 15 days from the delivery date, regardless of the original shipping method and courier.
We will verify and accept your order within 1-3 business days from when we receive your return. We will send you an email to confirm the credit has been issued.
If you have selected Cash on Delivery as your payment method, please communicate to the following address email@example.com your bank details in order for us to be able to process your refund:
- Account Holder Name and Surname
- Bank Name
- SWIFT Code / BIC
- Order number
The refund you will receive will include both the costs of returned items and the original shipping costs. For our return service, you will be deducted a sum equal to the order shipping costs (in case you have taken advantage of free shipping, your return will be costless).
Please note we can issue the refund only through the same payment method used for the original purchase. Cash on Delivery orders (where available) will be refunded through wire transfer.
The timing for your refund to show in your account will depend on the payment method used when purchasing and on local banking procedures.
We recommend shipping returned items using the procedure and courier described above, for tracking and insurance purposes.
However, if you prefer to use your own shipping method, please ship your return items to:

If you choose to return the package using a different courier or shipping method, all return shipping charges will be at your expense and must be pre-paid by you.
Diesel will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged.
RETURN IN STORE
You can return items purchased online to one of the Diesel Stores listed below within 15 days from delivery of the order.
- Check this list to find your nearest Diesel store
- Bring the item(s) that you want to return to the store. All products must be unworn, unused and unaltered, with all tags still attached. Beachwear, Underwear and Perfumes can be returned only with the package sealed. Do not forget the return delivery note, including the pre-filled return label. If possible, please bring the original order box.
Our store staff will be happy to manage and ship the return on your behalf. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original form of payment once your returned items arrive at our warehouse.
After the return is received and we have verified that all of the conditions have been met, we will send you an email confirming that the refund has been issued.
Return in store is currently available on these stores.
● We cannot accommodate exchanges at this time
● Underwear and Perfumes can be returned only with the package sealed.
● The return must be sent from the same Country in which you placed your order. We are not able to accept returns from different Countries.
